Help keeping the house organized?!?
Okay so I’m a clean freak but my parents aren’t, at all. Everyday, I tidy the house & do all the housework that my mom SHOULD be doing because she is home all day but doesn’t. I choose to do it so our house doesn’t become a pigsty. The problem is everytime I clean an area, it’s messy again in two seconds. I’ve already talked to my mom about it and she just says, "The house doesn’t have to be perfect all the time; stop throwing a fit." Also, my dad works all day, comes home, and leaves his crap everywhere (papers, his shoes, pocket change, etc.) What can I do to keep the house clean?!?
Well, my mom DOESN’T do anything "creative, useful, or helpful to society"
Wife and kids are clutter freaks. Been asking for a year to clean. Can I start bagging and throwing donating?
Wife keeps a lot of clothes for "when they grow into them". By then the styles will have changed. Kids have more toys than any one person can imagine. We have 3 birthdays coming up and our house will only be filled with more stuff. They will not throw anything out or donate. It is like I am ripping their arms off (including my wife).

Is there anything I can do in this situation with my aunt?
My aunt has been staying with us for the past couple weeks. For most of the time, she was on a road trip with my dad so it wasnt so bad, but now shes back, and my mom and i are at our wits end.
she considers herself a "Professional Organizer" and all-around know it all. Every time she stays with us, she takes it upon herself to try and "organize" our lives!
NEED HELP ON CLEANING MY ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Okay I’m 14 and i need tips on how to keep my room clean and actually how to clean it fast.We live in a apartment my room isn’t that big If u live in a apartment u know how i feel there Absolutely know closet space my sister got back from college this summer and she is getting ready to go back so you know in a crapped apartment there is no space.I need space in my closet basically.My mom takes the liberty of sticking curtains in there and decorations she keeps saying she is going to take it out but she never does.I basically when i get out the shower is throw my clothes on the floor or something,cause mostly i have my laundry basket downstairs.My room is basically like this i have a tall dresser u call it a chester draw i think.My tv sits on that then to the right of that i have a container i keep my shoes in but they never really get put back in there.then there is a corner right there just a small little corner that want fit nothing.then to the right i have a dresser a long dresser with 6 drawers then to the right i have my futon bed and then to the right is the closet.That’s basically my room layout.Then it leaves me with a small little area in the middle which i have a pink container with random stuff in there a wooden table.My parents are always yelling at me cause i cant keep my room clean,but how in the heck can i keep my room clean when i don’t have any got dang space.My room is the smallest and the other rooms are kinda like a master bedroom except one of the rooms don’t have a bathroom.Im a girl and i need freaking space.My room is basically the storage room where everybody dumps there bull crap in my room im really getting tired of it.Plus im going on a 2 day trip with my 2 sisters and we are going shopping and stuff so im going to have extra bull crap in my room.My cleaning stradegey is wellbasicallyy idon’tt have one i just really throw everything on the floor if i get in the mood too clean someone either wants me or they want me to do something for them.If i do clean at all i really get vocused on something else, like its just like i cant vocus on what im doing.Im planning on getting me a bigger laundry basket to put all my dirty clothes but all the cute ones are like 20 something dollars.I guess ill just have to get a cheap tall one and decorate it or something.I think i could keep my room cleaned if i just had more space cause my parents keep saying we are going to move they are really right now getting to look at houses and stuff but something always comes up.

Tips on Organizing my bedroom.?
I am girl, age 15 and me and my mom will be doing our annual de-junking of my room. I need some clever ways to organize stuff. I really like things put away and out of sight. But i can’t seem to do that..
Things in my room that need organizing:
1. papers! just random papers from school or church that i don’t really want to part with. But they are overtaking my drawers and cork boards.
2. Lotions, perfumes, body sprays. I have so many! I have a basket thing to put them in but its starting to overflow.
3. Jewelry. I have a jewelry box but i don’t like it too much cause i can’t see everything and it gets all tangled. So right now all my jewelry is spread out all over my room.
4. Shoes. i have a basket in my closet but every time i go to put shoes on i have to dump the whole basket over to find my shoes.
5. Hat and bags. I hang the hats up and some bags but there just aren’t enough hooks in my room. I would like to put them away without them getting damaged.
6. Snacks. I have lots of candy and chips that i keep in my room so no one else will eat them (i know I’m greedy. (=)
I need help! I know this is long but someone please help me. I’ve been searching on the web for days and can’t find what i need. Please help! 
organizing my closet?
i have a big walk in closet and a good amount of clothes and shoes but I have so much extra random crap in it like old stuffed animals, some piece of carpet, my old bedsheets and it’s really crowded and barely any room for my clothes. I want to get rid of a lot of stuff so it’s just normal closet stuff in there but whenever I clean out my closet my mom gets really mad because i get rid of perfectly fine stuff that I just don’t want anymore and it’s causing so much clutter and I don’t know what else to do with it except get rid of it.
What can I do?

We live in a nice 8,000 square foot home. When we moved here my mom promised that our house would be organized and stuff because our old house wasn’t. Its embaressing to have people over. Her office..you can’t even see the counters. The kitchen, she puts all of her junk all over the counters, and everytime iiiiiiiii clean her junk off, within a week its back to normal, there is random junk that sits around and my brothers and stuff shoes are on the stairs and stuff…
how do i get her to clean up the place! we have people clean our house..but she wont let them touch her papers or anything because she "knows where they are".
ITS SO ANNOYING.
Seriously, what do you get a 64 year old female hoarder for Xmas?
My mom has waaay too much crap. She is not as bad as the Clean House or Oprah hoarders but only because her house is smaller and she has this delusion that if things are stacked neatly (even if the stacks are, literally, to the ceiling, things aren’t too bad). But she does have the same mindset- that some day she will need 20 year old receipts and 20 year old shoes stuffed in the bottom of the closet. She will fight tooth and nail if you want to get rid of anything- even broken stuff!
